As the owner of Oakwood Polishing, David Scott has over eighteen years experience in this field. He began working in antique shops whilst gaining a City & Guilds qualification in French Polishing. Over the last ten years he has built up a broad client base including; building companies, interior designers, offices, hotels and letting agencies, as well as one-off contracts within clients' homes.

Our company specialises in the removal of heat rings and scratches on furniture, sanding, restoring and staining floors, antique and reproduction furniture restoration, wood panelling, interior and exterior doors, staircases, handrails, spindles, lift carts and any other wooden surfaces.
